General informations and conditions

VALIDITY OF THE RESERVATION
The reservation guaranteed by a deposit is valid until 12:00 AM on the day of arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The room is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
For early arrivals or late departures, please contact the reception; such requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:30 AM
  • Early check-in or Late check-out: upon request and subject to availability

LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE
Late arrival and/or early departure will result in the full payment of all reserved nights.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments in cash, by debit card, and credit card. Checks are not accepted.

For bank transfers:

  • Standard bank transfers made close to the arrival or departure date cannot be considered valid for administrative reasons.
  • Instant bank transfers can be accepted up to 24 hours before the arrival or departure date.

At check-in, the property reserves the right to request a credit card for pre-authorization of the stay amount, minus any advance payments or deposits.

MEALS
Meals not consumed are not subject to reductions or refunds.

Restaurant Hours:

  • Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
  • Dinner: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

RESTAURANT DRESS CODE

  • Breakfast and lunch: Comfortable and casual attire suitable for a relaxed atmosphere.
  • Dinner: Casual chic is recommended for a touch of evening elegance.

ROOM NUMBER CONFIRMATION
We guarantee the chosen room type during booking but cannot always confirm the room number, floor, or position. However, for stays of at least 7 nights, a specific room can be selected for an additional 5% of the generic room type rate, subject to availability and particular needs or requests.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS
All rooms are non-smoking. Please respect this rule to ensure comfort for future guests.

BEACH (if included)
The beach is included from the arrival day until the day before departure. Access on the last day is available upon request with an extra charge. Small pets are allowed by reserving designated umbrellas.

PETS
Small pets are welcome with a daily fee of €10.00 for room sanitation. Please consult our hotel regulations.

PARKING
Adjacent outdoor parking or an underground monitored parking lot is available for our guests. The daily fee is €20.00 unless included in the selected stay type.

INTERNET CONNECTION
Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, common areas, and most outdoor spaces.

MINORS’ STAY
Minors can stay only if accompanied by a parent and with a valid ID. Unaccompanied minors, even with authorization, are not allowed. 

VALUABLES
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended. Each room has a safe. 

FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Lost and found items will be kept for a maximum of 3 months.

COMMUNICATIONS
Cancellations or special requests are considered valid only if sent in writing via email to prenotazioni@leardinigroup.com. The hotel will communicate with the guest using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

LEARDINIGROUP TRAVEL PROTECTION SERVICE
Protect your stay with our Travel Protection Service, available for an additional 5% of the booking total (minimum 5 nights).

This service covers:

  • Cancellation due to illness or serious accident of the guest.
  • Sudden emergency or hospitalization of a guest’s family member.
  • Serious damage to the guest’s property (theft, fire, etc.) requiring their presence.

To activate the coverage, valid documentation (e.g., medical certificate, official attestations) must be provided.
The service covers the cancellation of the entire stay and can also apply to late arrivals or early departures.
